Blue Ben has a 14 days return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in a resellable condition.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
To make a return, please follow the below steps.
- REGISTER YOUR RETURN Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please specify the size and color of the desired replacement item(s).
- Use the shipping label in the Box or we will send you one by Mail. Simply print it and place it on the box, over the original shipping label. Then book your free pickup by calling your local DHL or go to www.dhl.com to arrange a collection. Or, if available you can drop it off at your nearest DHL Service Point.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please return the item to us and place a separate order.
Within Germany, Blue Ben offers free exchanges within 14 Days for different sizes or colors. Blue Ben covers only the shipping of the returned item. Outside Germany, customers are required to organize and pay return + shipping, however Blue Ben will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. The exchange items are sent out as soon as the returned goods have been received, processed and approved.
Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed, returns are fully refunded, including full item value and any shipping fees paid.
If you paid by credit or debit card, direct debit, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 2-5 business days.
